"My little biscuit". I always loved calling Jarod that! He had what I
called "biscuit- cheeks". He was always so precious.
He loved his "Binky" (pacifier) and also, would always sleep like an
angel with his hands tucked under his face. He still slept with his
hands like this at 6 years old.

Jarod had his "Boo-boo bear" that he still slept with. He had gotten
him when he had tubes put in his ears.
Anytime I would take Jarod to see his pediatrician, he would "hide" in
the corner between the wall and the exam table. When the doctor would
come in, Jarod would start giggling. The doctor would act like he
didn't know where Jarod was. Jarod would continue giggling and the
doctor would start tossing tongue-depressors into the corner. Jarod
would bust-out laughing so hard! This was a game they always played
and I loved watching the two of them!
|
Jarod always loved nature-bugs, flowers, animals etc.
You name it-he loved it! Jarod and I always called the dandelion
puff-balls "Wish flowers". We could never walk past one without picking
it and making a wish, before blowing it everywhere! It was always
magical for both of us. |

 |
Jarod has always been the center of attention. Everyone
has always been "drawn" to him. His love, energy, and personality was
contagious. He has always been so full of life!
|
Every year around Halloween, I would ask Jarod what
costume I could make him. One year, he told me " I want to be a
toilet-paper monster!" I thought about this for a moment and realized,
he meant he wanted to be a mummy!! He has always been so funny-even when
he didn't mean to be funny.

 |
Jarod has always been so loving-he would hug people he
barely knew! I will forever miss his "Squeeze-Hugs" that he would give
me. He always made me feel better! He would put every ounce of energy
into his hugs when they were "Squeeze-Hugs".
|
"Birthday Pancakes" have always been something Jarod has
loved! Not only do you get cake on your birthday, but you also, get
pancakes with a candle!

Any time we would come across bubble-wrap, the boys
would have so much fun dancing on, jumping on-anything to get every last
bubble popped. They loved it!!
